The Week of Remembering

Before we begin another season...

Don't rush ahead.

This isn't a race.

There is nowhere you need to be except here.

This week, I invite you to pause.

Return to these letters.

Read them slowly.

Notice what speaks to you differently now than it did the first time.

Journal.

Walk.

Sit in silence.

Watch the sunrise.

Take yourself to your favorite coffee shop.

Light a candle.

Cry if you need to.

Smile if you can.

Celebrate the smallest moments of courage.

Not because you've reached the finish line...

But because you chose to begin.

Let these letters become more than words.

Let them become conversations with yourself.

Because returning home isn't about reading more.

It's about remembering more deeply.

Closing Reflection

If these words stirred something inside you...

It wasn't because they taught you something new.

It was because they awakened something you already knew.

The woman you've been searching for...

has been quietly waiting beneath the expectations...

beneath the fear...

beneath the responsibilities...

beneath the titles...

beneath the years.

She never left.

She simply became harder to hear.

And now...

little by little...

letter by letter...

breath by breath...

you're beginning to hear her again.

Take your time.

Healing isn't measured by speed.

There is no deadline.

No perfect version of yourself waiting at the finish line.

Only a woman...

remembering who she has always been.

If these letters have become a quiet place for you...

know that they'll always be here.

And so will I.

Until next season...

Keep listening.

She still has so much to tell you.

With love,

The Woman Within

She Returns to Herself™

Come back next Sunday.

She's already writing your next letter.
